| Product name: Indel Axis Tuner |
|

With the Indel axis tuner, the transfer behaviour of the control system of an axis can be analysed and optimised without the need for additional electronics.
The analysis is performed using a Bode sweep that captures the resonant frequencies. Collected data can be displayed as either as Nichols or as Nyquist diagrams, making the Q factor of the control system visible by graphical representation.
Optimisations made to the control parameters are immediately displayed in the diagram (based on theoretical calculations). Once the (theoretical) control behaviour has been adjusted as required, the modified parameters can be assigned to the axis and the analysis restarted. This process can be repeated as often as required until the axis displays the control behaviour desired.
In addition to the usual optimisations of the control parameters, such as PID, the system can also apply the following filter functions:
-
Addition of up to 4 biquad filters: low-pass, notch, two-load
- Luenberger observer
