40 ns latency per 16 bits
A COP node combines up to six individually selectable COP modules. COP modules range from standard I/O modules to customer-specific special modules.
Thanks to the possibility to develop customer-specifi c modules within a short period of time, Indel Compact Peripherals off er the highest possible degree of adaptability at little cost.
Performance: Minimal latencies of only 40 ns can be implemented thanks to the internal 16 Bit, 25 MHz bus with burst mode.
Application: COP nodes can run as slaves on the Indel GinLink high-speed fieldbus or autonomously. Slave mode is achieved by using a bus coupler module, autonomous mode by using a CPU board module. A COP node in autonomous mode can also be configured as a GinLink master to control other GinLink slaves.
