Leadership Changes at Indel AG

Indel AG changed to its management structure on March 12, 2026. Thomas Jericke, who has been leading the company as CEO since 2015, will additionally assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors. In this dual function, he now combines both the operational and strategic leadership of Indel AG.

At the same time, Quirin Füglistaller, Head of Hardware since 2020, has been appointed Deputy CEO. With his extensive experience in technical management, he brings valuable expertise to the expanded executive team. By establishing this new deputy role, Indel AG ensures the continuity of its corporate leadership and guarantees that the company remains fully operational at all times, even in exceptional circumstances.

With these personnel changes, Indel AG strengthens its leadership team and secures the long-term stability of the company.
